The organization
ICC is made up of departments specialized in each of the service areas that the business provides. In those cases where the Client requires work which concern more than one department a project manager will be appointed who will be responsible for internally coordinating the relevant areas so that there is permanently only one negotiator responsible for the adequate culmination of all parts of the order.
